Yes. The disclosures listed above involve an international data transfer, because those recipients are established outside the European Economic Area:
- United Kingdom (XaarJet Limited): the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision, so the transfer requires no additional safeguards.
- Peru (Farminex International, S.A.C.) and the United States (Phoseon Technology, Inc.): no applicable adequacy decision exists, so the transfer is made under the appropriate safeguards provided for in Article 46 GDPR.
